In your role as a Senior Sales Executive, your key focus will involve driving revenue growth by taking proactive steps to identify and cultivate new business prospects. You will be instrumental in fostering partnerships with new clients, promoting both our asset-based and non-asset-based transportation solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, pursue, cultivate, and convert a consistent stream of potential clients, surpassing established benchmarks through methods such as prospecting, networking, and referrals across the contiguous United States.

  • Foster relationships with key decision-makers and influential figures within strategic client organizations, successfully converting them into new clientele.

  • Manage the extension or renewal of existing contracts well in advance of their expiration, while also pinpointing opportunities for expanding customer engagement into novel geographical regions, unexplored industries, or by introducing supplementary products and services.

  • Optimize relationship-building efforts through occasional in-person visits to clients and prospects, leveraging the potential for enhanced relationship-driven sales.

  • Formulate and quantify personalized sales targets, while proactively identifying possible challenges, trends, and patterns within the market.

Requirements

  • Previous FTL sale experience in local, regional and OTR.

  • Diverse transportation background selling van, flatbed, and refrigerated modes.

  • Proficiency Microsoft Office (all programs).

  • Ability to learn new software programs and portals easily.

  • Have a “get it done" attitude.

  • High degree of creativity, intuition, and street smarts.

  • Desire to succeed and highly competitive.

  • Ability to think quickly and respond positively under pressure.

  • Be self-motivated, have a degree of self-management and accountability.

  • Excellent problem solving and have the capacity to make fasted paced decisions.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills a must.
